Fund Raiser Pricing Guide
- Minimum Fee (50 people or less)....$300.00 guarantee (plus expenses*) per feed. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- 51 people or more....$4.00 per person served
- Delivery Fee....70¢ per mile TO and FROM Alpharetta GA.
- Expenses include mileage, and could also include meals, overnight costs and rental fees for long distance feeds or events that require us to stay out overnight.

Important notes...Please Read
- We will arrive 1½ hours before the start time of your event. You must have volunteers meet us to help unload. WE CANNOT UNLOAD WITHOUT YOUR HELP! A fee of $100 for setup may be charged if your volunteers do not show up.
- We go by our plate count. NO EXCEPTIONS! You may pre-count or pass out the plates yourself, if you wish. NO FREEBIES TO ANYONE! If you are collecting tickets, that is fine, but it is the plate count that we charge by and is the most consistent in being correct.
- After hour events (9pm to 6am) will require an additional fee of $50.00 per CHRIS CAKES employee.
- CHRIS CAKES is designed to make the work easy and enjoyable for everyone involved. Nothing we do is that difficult when we work together. Our prices reflect getting help from the volunteers that you provide. If you are unable to provide us with those volunteers, then we reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly.
PAYMENT ~ NET 10 DAYS
(A deposit may be required)
- Payment is expected immediately following your feed. The prices listed above are CASH prices. We will accept Cash, Checks, MC, VISA or AMEX (a 4% convenience fee applies to all credit card payments).
- The prices quoted above are based on payment the day of your event. If you are unable to settle your account that same day, there will be an additional $20 bookkeeping fee added to your bill.
